NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Community Action Agency of Somerville, Inc. will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 6pm.

Pursuant to Article 3.9 of the CAAS By-laws, there are no board members whose existing term will expire at this Annual Meeting.
